This lakefront property was envisioned as both a family retreat and a place for effortless entertaining. The project began with a complete site plan, carefully positioning the new residence, outdoor living areas, and recreational amenities to maximize views and preserve the natural beauty of the shoreline. At the heart of the design is a vanishing edge pool that merges seamlessly with the lake horizon, creating a breathtaking connection between built and natural environments. A beach entry provides relaxed access to the water, while a pergola and shaded gathering spaces extend opportunities for year-round outdoor living. The private dock anchors the design, offering direct access to the lake for boating and recreation. Because of the sensitive lakeside location, stormwater flow, grading, and environmental impact were carefully considered from the earliest stages of planning.
